What is Outsourcing?

Of the four insights that I had over those businesses, one of the biggest ones, is, if you’re not yet outsourcing, building a virtual team in emerging economies, finding the best talent in the best countries for the best price, you’re leaving so much money on the table it’s not funny. It’s a way to give yourself the margin for error that you need in a start-up business to really compete. It becomes your competitive advantage.
